How is the Mica Heaters-LF-15 designed to be more energy efficient
In recent years, with the increase of the power of Mica Heaters-LF-15, some are as high as 40OKW or more. The power consumption is large and the operating cost is high. The following aspects should be considered to reduce the energy as much as possible.
(1) Reasonable design of air volume and temperature rise. The power of Mica Heaters-LF-15 is determined according to the air volume and temperature rise. On the premise that the air volume and temperature rise have met the needs, it is not suitable to use too large air volume and too large temperature rise. liters, which directly leads to the excessive power of the heater and increases the energy consumption. (2) On the surface of Mica Heaters-LF-15, an insulation layer should be added. The comparison data shows that adding a thermal insulation layer on the surface of the electric heater can reduce the energy consumption by 5% to 10%, and the energy consumption saved in long-term operation is very considerable. (3) Reduce the pressure loss of Mica Heaters-LF-15 itself. When the air that needs to be heated flows through the inside of the air heater, a pressure loss will be generated. The greater the pressure loss, the greater the energy consumption of the fan. The structure of the air heater itself should be improved and innovated to minimize the pressure loss.
