Introduction and working principle of Mica Heaters-MH-20P
Mica Heaters-MH-20P should be placed in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is lower than 1MΩ due to long-term storage, it can be baked in an oven at about 200 degrees Celsius for 5-6 hours to return to normal. Or reduce the voltage and energize until the insulation resistance is restored.
Mica Heaters-MH-20P is a high-efficiency heater with uniform heat distribution, metal alloy with excellent thermal conductivity, ensuring uniform temperature of hot surface, eliminating hot and cold spots of equipment. It has the advantages of long life, good thermal insulation performance, strong mechanical performance, corrosion resistance and magnetic field resistance. Adding a heat preservation device to the outer heat dissipation surface and sintering infrared rays on the inner heat dissipation surface can save electricity by 35%.
The working principle of the Mica Heaters-MH-20P is to use an alternating magnetic field to mount a primary coil with more turns and a secondary coil with fewer turns on the same core. The voltage ratio of the input to the output is equal to the ratio of the turns of the coil, while the energy remains the same.
The heating elements of the Mica Heaters-MH-20P are specially designed and manufactured with special phlogopite or muscovite called Mica Hot Plate/Mica Heater, Mica is used as a soaking insulation material. This mica board material consists of mica minerals infused with high temperature and heat resistant polymers, which allow the mica board to form a thin high temperature insulator. Mica heaters have an etched foil element between the layers for fast response at high temperatures. Mica heaters and mica heating elements can be shaped into different geometric designs, which can then be used for more complex installations. Custom mica heating elements are designed for installation applications and are insulated to withstand high temperatures, making mica heaters ideal for heating objects such as metal strip heaters, surfaces, and even hot plates.
