Precautions for use of mica heaters on sales:

1. If the mica electric heater has been used for heating, repeated disassembly and assembly should be avoided to cause the alloy resistance wire to break and affect the operating life.

2. Before installation, check whether the installation location is consistent with the mica heating specification, and whether the operating voltage is consistent.

3. Mica heats up and is not a waterproof structure, so it should not be in contact with oil, water, or plastic particles during storage, use, and installation to prevent leakage.

4. When installing, the stainless steel mica heater must be closely attached to the heated body, and the surface of the heated body should be flat and complete without unevenness.

5. If the surface of mica heaters on sales is found to have a burnt black color after use, it indicates that the heat generation and the heat dissipation of the heated body are unbalanced, and adjustments should be made in time to prevent burn-through.
